We, here at Adil Model Town, are neither building a mere housing society, nor are selling plots from a ‘business only’ perspective. History of Developer
Adil International (Pvt) Ltd purchased the entire assets of the then Defunct Adam Jee Paper and Board Mills in an open auction under approval of Banking Judge Peshawar High Court in 1995, fully paid for, and free from all encumbrances. Government approvals and NOCs from the relevant departments have been obtained for the conversion of open land into a housing society.
Future of Nowshera
Adil Model Town is located close to main GT road and is strategically located near to Motorway at intersection and links to CPEC through Burhan interchange. Due to this central position of the economic zone in the province, Nowshera and neighboring areas will prove to be a fruitful trade hub of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. CPEC is a game changer project for Pakistan and the establishment of economic zone to be constructed in Rashakai under CPEC will generate a number of jobs and will help the local economy.
Layout of Town
Adil Model town includes designated plots for school, hospital, commercial area, and community center. Special care is being taken to ensure only quality businesses are allowed to develop in this area. There is a 50 feet wide main double road and 40 and 30 feet wide streets across the community.
